​Enable Big Brothers Big Sisters of Shelby & Darke County to hire and maintain professional staff for quality match support, relationship building strategies, and community development. BBBSSD staff attend innovative educational trainings to stay current with the latest trending youth development and child safety. Now, more than ever, it is imperative for children and matches to have quality professionals at their service.
