Immediate opening for a full-time Program Coordinator
Position includes some evenings and weekends and requires flexible work hours to meet client needs. Some travel within our two-county area is required. Applicant will be required to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social services, human resources, or related field. A high level of customer service, focusing on volunteer management and child safety, is required. Salary compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Proven self-drive, intuitive, prefers to and does “make things happen”.
Strong, proven communication skills.
Ability to assist with communications such as press releases, web site, public speaking, and social media.
Assist with nonprofit fundraising through grants as well as event planning and implementation.
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and experience in working with child and adult populations.
Execute a high level of independent judgment when utilizing BBBS standards and practices. Conduct volunteer & parent/child enrollments including orientations, interviews, and completion of any other enrollment processes.
Provide child safety education, assess and refer families for alternative or additional services as needed.
On-going match support and data entry.
